Small Group

For Small Groups we have been exploring the different areas on the classroom. We have been in the House Area, Toy Area, Block Area, Art Area, and Book Area. While in these areas we go over the rules and expectations for the children. Then the children get to play while remembering the rules and expectations for each area. We practice going over the rules that way when its time to go to Work Time they understand what they are suppose to do. After they are finished in each area the children are to clean up their messes before going onto another area.

Large Group

This week for Large Group we have been learning and practicing saying all of our friends names. We want the children to get to know each other and become comfortable with each other. We have also been doing some dancing and reading books as well.
