Physical Science is a one semester course for all 9th grade students that meets the LPS graduation requirements for 5 hours of physics based physical science. You will still need to take at least 5 hours of chemistry based physical science.

Grading Summary
By LPS policy, all high school classes must conform to the following:
- Formative work (practice): 20%,
- Summative work (final assessment of mastery): 80%

- Exams: at least 4 @ 50-100 pts each
- Semester Project @ 100 pts
- Portfolio @ 150 pts
