Spanish 2
1) We talked in Spanish about what we did over the break.
2) We reviewed 2.2 vocabulary with our flashcards and Acts. 1, 2, 3, p. 116, in our books.
3) We added these 4 reflexive verbs to our verb chart. The first 3 are stem-changing verbs. Remember that stem-changing verbs do not change in the “nosotros” form. Also, notice that not all are -ar verbs, so you have different endings for the -er and -ir verbs. This information is not new, but we need to remember all of these details. “Ponerse” is not stem-changing, but it does have an irregular “yo” form.
acostarse – to go to bed – (o->ue) me acuesto, te acuestas, se acuesta, nos acostamos, se acuestan
despertarse – to wake up – (e->ie) me despierto, te despiertas, se despierta, nos despertamos, se despiertan
dormirse – to fall asleep – (o->ue) me duermo, te duermes, se duerme, nos dormimos, se duermen
ponerse – to put on (clothes) – me pongo, te pones, se pone, nos ponemos, se ponen
4) La tarea – a worksheet to practice 2.2 vocabulary.

Español 3-4 Combinado
1) Repasamos el vocabulario de la Unidad 3 y las formas del presente del subjuntivo.
2) Leímos/Escuchamos la lectura literaria “La tristeza del maya”, pp. 194-197.
**Toma una copia de las preguntas, lee la lectura, contesta las preguntas y pon la hoja in la caja de “Tarea aquí” cuando termines.**
3) La tarea – una hoja de práctica con la lectura y la escritura (Lectura B y Escritura B). Tienes que contestar las preguntas para la Lectura B. No tienes que escribir la propuesta para la Escritura B, pero sí, tienes que completar el organizador gráfico.
**Toma una copia.**
