1) We talked about the useful expressions posted in class – what they mean and when to use them.
2) I marked credit for the homework assignment – your answers to the 7 ¿Qué te gusta? questions (small goldenrod sheet).

3) We found our 10 partners for the first unit.
**Take the list with your name on it from the left, front folder. These are the students with whom you’ll be working. We get new partner sheets for each unit.**
4) We practiced writing sentences and and answering questions, all using the verb gustar.
5) La tarea – the 1/2-sheet to practice verbs like gustar – Acts. 13 and 14.

6) We will continue speaking points through Friday, August 28th, but you must earn 10 points by then.

1) Marqué crédito para la tarea – las respuestas a las preguntas sobre Enrique Iglesias.

2) Repasamos los verbos que cambian o–>ue.
3) Repasamos los verbos que cambian e–>i.
4) Leímos un artículo sobre Juanes y contestamos preguntas sobre la información que leímos.

5) Hablamos de las comparaciones – de igualdad y de desigualdad. Mira las pp. 22-23 de tu libro.
6) Vimos un video de Enrique y uno de Juanes.
7) La tarea – Escribe 4 comparaciones de igualdad y 4 comparaciones de desigualdad. (ejemplo de igualdad: Juanes es tan talentoso como Enrique, ejemplo de desigualdad: Juanes toca la guitarra mejor que Enrique.)
