1) I collected the homework assignment – 5 cosas que no sabes de mí (5 things you don’t know about me).
**Put your answers in the “Tarea aquí” box.**
2) We learned the names of another 1/3rd of our class.
3) We talked about the elements of good communication – vocabulary, knowing how verbs work, PRONUNCIATION!!
4) Students received a copy of the vocabulary for our first unit – la Lección Preliminar.
**Take a copy from the front, left folder. Ask to see the notes we wrote, and write them on the back of your vocabulary list.**
5) La tarea – fill out the meanings of the vocabulary words on your vocabulary list. First write the meanings for the words you know. Then go to p. 29 in your book and fill out the rest of the sheet.
Español 3-4 Combinado
1) Vimos los tráilers para la película Inside-Out (Del revés en España y Intensa Mente en Latinoamérica) y llenamos el papel que los acompañaba (Doblado doblado). Hablamos de las diferencias entre las dos versiones y de cómo entrenar el oído (train your ear) para poder entender el español hablado a un paso (rate) tan rápido.
2) Encontramos a los compañeros para las actividades de pareja (pair-work activities).
3) Practicamos las preguntas de la lista que recibiste el viernes.
4) Escuchamos/Leímos el blog de Lucía, pp. 2-3 de tu libro y respondimos a unas preguntas.
5) La tarea – escribe los significados (meanings) de las palabras de vocabulario para la Lección Preliminar.
