4) We watched a 10-minute video on paella – one of Spain’s most famous dishes.
**You must watch the video and then write the recipe in Spanish for credit.**
5) We used our paella notes and worked with a partner to write up the recipe in Spanish. We will continue this activity in class on Monday.
