ALL PERIODS
1) We practiced writing sentences with “gustar.” Then we practiced writing sentences with “ir.”
2) We reviewed “feelings” vocabulary and did a speaking activity with them.
3) We talked about the differences between “ser” and “estar.” Both verbs mean “to be,” but they’re used differently. See p. 21 in your book for information on this.
4) We went over the Quiz 2 format and practiced for the quiz with a partner.

1) Marqué crédito para la tarea – la hoja de práctica con los verbos que cambian de raíz (stem-changing verbs).

2) Leímos (y escuchamos) las reseñas (reviews) de varios restaurantes, pp. 20-21, y contestamos preguntas sobre la información.
3) Fuimos al laboratorio de computadoras para hacer prácticas sobre los verbos, vocabulario que necesitamos repasar.

4) La tarea oficial – Estudia para el examen sobre la Lección Preliminar que vamos a tener el jueves, 28 de agosto.
La tarea opcional – pp. 26-27 del libro, Actividades 2, 3, 4, 5. Esta tarea es opcional, pero si no la haces, no puedes tomar el examen otra vez si sacas mala nota.
