1) I marked credit for the homework assignment – the 1/2-sheet on gustar (Activities 13 and 14).
**Put your answers in the “Tarea aquí” box.**
2) We reviewed the use of verbs like gustar one more time.
3) We added the verb “ir” to our verb charts.
**Add this information: ir – to go – yo voy, tú vas, él/ella/Ud. va, nosotros vamos, ellos/ellas/Uds. van.**
4) We practiced using this verb by filling in the correct verb forms in a paragraph and by doing a speaking activity, ¿Adónde vas para…? Be sure that you know how to use the verb “ir.”
5) We went over the meanings of 3 of the categories on our yellow vocabulary sheet – Activities: almorzar, beber refrescos, etc.; Food: el almuerzo, la carne, etc.; Say Where You go: la biblioteca, el café, etc.
**See p. 29 in your book if you don’t remember what some of the words mean.**
6) We went over the results of our first quiz.

3) Hablamos de la diferencia entre “saber” y “conocer”.

4) Escuchamos una canción de Juanes y escribimos las palabras que faltaban.
**Toma una copia de la letra (lyrics).**
5) Hablamos de las comparaciones de igualdad (tan…como, tanto/a/os/as…como) y desigualdad (más…que, menos…que).
**Mira las páginas 22-23 para ver ejemplos de las comparaciones.**
6) La tarea – Escribe 8 comparaciones: 4 oraciones de igualdad (2 con tan, 2 con tanto/a/os/as) y 4 oraciones de desigualdad.
