Spanish 2

1) We went over the Mexico video information.

**Make sure you have credit for this. (I marked credit on Friday, April 1st.)**

2) We added a note on our Preterite/Imperfect notes sheet about how to talk about 2 activities going on at the same time in the past. Both verbs are in the imperfect (because it’s what you “were doing”) and you use the word “mientras” – while.

Susi was listening to music while her brother was playing a video game.

3) We used the white boards to practice using the preterite and the imperfect. Then we wrote a sample story starter to check our progress with telling a story in the past.

4) Students had 10-17 minutes to either write a story starter (double spaced on my paper) or practice the preterite and the imperfect with “La leyenda del maíz.”

**You must make this up. Ask for one of the above assignments.**

5) La tarea – Keep thinking about your legend idea. Keep practicing the preterite and the imperfect.
