1) We have a new seating arrangement. Ask to see where you will sit.
2) We spoke Spanish for 4 minutes, conversing with a classmate – no books, no notes, just using what we have in our heads.
**This is for a grade, so please come in after school to make this up.**
3) We saw a short video on the Cuban population of Little Havana in Miami.
**Take a copy of the yellow 1/2-sheet and ask a classmate or me for the answers.**
4) We had time to answer the culture questions on the other side of the 1/2-sheet, using information from pages 0, 13, and C12-C13 in our books. Be sure to answer the questions in Spanish.

1) Bailamos el Jarabe Tapatío para el Día de la Independencia de México.
2) Vimos un video (3 minutos) sobre las mariposas monarca y tratamos de entender lo que decía el reportero.
3) Tomamos el “pre examen” de lectura para ver cómo vamos con nuestra habilidad de leer.
4) Empezamos la Unidad 1, Lección 2 – ¡Vamos a la playa!
