4) We reviewed the preterite tense – everything we’ve learned up to now.
5) We added the 5 U-stem preterite verbs for this lesson. See p. 173 in your book.
**Take a pink verb chart from the left folders. Be sure you review the verb forms. Talk to me or a classmate if you need to copy the forms we’ve learned up to now. Add the 5 U-stem verbs to your chart (estar, poder, poner, saber, tener). Copy them from p. 173.

2) Miramos 24 minutos de un video sobre César Chávez, un héroe para muchos mexicoamericanos. Vamos a ver la segunda parte en la clase el viernes.
**Te recomiendo que veas el video. Puedes llevar una copia a tu casa, si es más fácil para ti. Debes tomar apuntes sobre estos temas: información biográfica, cualidades personales, retos que enfrentó (challenges), estrategias que implementó para superar los retos, y por qué es considerado un héroe.**
