1. Students translated sentences from English to Spanish From Para y Piensa, p. 172. You should complete this activity and then use Transparency #28 to correct your work.
2. We completed the 2 bottom left hand side rectangles of information (irregular u-stem verbs and the epressions showing how long something has been going on) on the 3.2 vocabulary list. BE SURE TO COPY THIS INFO FROM ANOTHER STUDENT!
3. We learned “Patty Cake” to conjugate verbs.
4. We checked the hw. (Did you get it ? WS – vocabulary, section 4. Use the answer key to check your work.). We then corrected sections 1, 2 and 3 on Did you get it ? WS – 5 irregular preterites. Check these sections with the answer key. THIS IS FOR A GRADE.
5. Sra. handed everyone a 2-sided handout to conjugate all of our different types of verbs in the preterite tense. See her for your copy. DO NOT COMPLETE THE SECTION ON THE BACK SIDE THAT READS ‘4.2.’ The answer key will be in the Claves folder.
