1) I marked credit for the homework assignment – the worksheet on demonstrative adjectives – esta pelota, esa pelota, aquella pelota (this ball, that ball, that ball over there).

3) We read about Lionel Messi and answered questions about him.
**Take a copy of the reading and the question sheet from the left folders.**
4) We read about “el pato,” the national sport of Argentina. See p. 108 in your book.
5) We saw videoclips on Lionel Messi and el pato. You can see the clips by going to these 2 sites:

6) La tarea – Write up a paragraph with your reaction to the 2 video clips. Which did you like more and why? Try to express your opinions, use the preterite tense, words with -mente if possible, etc. (7 sentences or more in Spanish!).
7) Remember that the speaking part of our 2.1 test starts on Friday, so prepare for that!
