PBiS is a decision-making framework adopted by the Lincoln Public Schools. PBiS is an evidence-based process that has been found to decrease problem behaviors and increase academic achievement. The PBiS process creates school learning environments that are positive, predictable, and effective in achieving academic and social/emotional goals.
