Give it a try! Sometime in the next 10 days (up to October 13 Pumpkin Run) try to complete 6 laps of the bottom playground or 7 laps on the trail of the top playground. At 2 recesses each day, that is 20 recesses! Pick ONE recess, start slow, find a steady pace and finish fast. Run with relaxed shoulders and hands, soft feet, and breathe well throughout your run!
