Wow! That was a fast summer! July is almost gone, but what a wonderful July it was. I was able to spend three weeks with our daughter and her family. We had two weeks in Nebraska, and one week in Ohio. There were lots of playing in parks, swimming, riding tractors, and all good things a person does with their grandchildren. We even visited three zoos.
Now, it’s time to get ready for another wonderful school year! I’ve stopped in to Scott several times this week, and everyone is busy getting the classrooms ready for students. We are all as excited as the students to get started with another year of fun and learning. Enjoy your last few days of summer! I look forward to meeting each of you on August 7 at Scott Middle School’s open house.
