Accepted students should initial by their name on the list posted outside the choir room door to confirm their acceptance of membership into one of East’s concert choirs and/or show choirs.

Congratulations to this year’s accepted choir members, and thank you to all auditioned. The judging panel experienced a consistently strong set of auditions and was forced to make many truly difficult decisions.

2015-16 East Singers Audition

Students interested in being a part of East Singers in the 2015-16 school year will need to audition for Mr. Epperson some time in the coming week. Rising Juniors and Seniors are eligible to be a part of Singers.

For the audition, students should be prepared to:

Sing the melody of “My Country ‘Tis of Thee” in the key of F Major for Basses and Altos or A-flat Major for Tenors and Sopranos.

2015-16 Show Choir Audition

Greetings, East Vocal Music Families,

For the 2015-16 Show Choir Audition, students should be prepared to:

Sing the melody of “My Country ‘Tis of Thee” in the key of F major for Basses and Altos and A-flat major for Tenors and Sopranos.

Sing their voice part while dancing to “Forget You.” Pick-up to measure 22 through measure 45.

Students should sign-up in an audition block of 4, 1 to a voice part during the audition times set up Thursday evening (3:30-8PM) or Friday (3:30-6PM).
