    • Attention all 8th Grade Students interested in going on this year’s annual trip to Washington, DC and Colonial Williamsburg: The informational packets can be picked up from your 8th grade Social Studies teacher and there will be a Parent informational meeting on September 16th at Goodrich @Dawes. The meeting will start at 7 P.M. Detailed information about this meeting can be found in the informational packet.
    • The Schoo PTSO Fall Fund Raiser runs from September 9-23.  Fund Raiser packets were sent home with students.  Students who return envelopes with at least one item ordered will receive a candy bar.  Money raised will be used for technology and student activities.  Items ordered will be delivered to school on October 18.  Thank you for your support of Schoo Middle School.
    • Congratulations to Rachel Andreini for being the first Schoo student to read eight out of ten Golden Sower Award Nominees. She has won a gift card to Barnes and Noble.  Remember you can still read the nominees for individual prizes, the opportunity to vote for the winning book, and an invitation to the end of the year ice cream party.
    • If you like solving mysteries, playing mystery games and reading mystery stories then the Mystery Club is for you!  Beginning Sept. 13, Mrs. Green is sponsoring the club which will meet on Monday’s after school from 3:00-4:00 in the 6th grade team center.  All grades are welcome.
    • Art club begins today. Please sign-up in the office if you are interested, there will be a Fall, Winter, and Spring session.  There will be a limit of 25 students per session.
    • The Transportation Department will conduct bus evacuation drills on Tuesday, September 14th and Thursday, September 16th for late run buses.

    • The Schoo store is now open every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:00 to 3:15.
