- Wrestling practice will begin on Wednesday, February 17th after school.
- Book Club will meet after school in the media center on Wednesday. You will have a special opportunity to preview and shop the book fair during our meeting.
- Schoo Middle School Yearbooks will be sold during Parent Teacher Conferences, Tuesday, February 23, and Thursday, February 25, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. each day in the Media Center. The cost is $20.00.
- 8th Grade Students–Registration for high school is on Wednesday, February 17 here at Schoo. You will register with your 1st period teacher at 8:00 or 8:56. You will not have period 2 classes on this day. Please follow the instructions of your period 1 teacher about registration.
- The Science Olympiad Club will be meeting this Thursday, February 18th, from 3 to 4 in room 226.
- The French class is selling candy for $1.00 to benefit Haiti. They will be selling today after school by the multi-purpose room.
- Teen Treks at the Belmont Recreation Center is hosting a 5 on 5 basketball tournament this Friday, February 19th from 7:00 to 9:30 p.m. Doors will open at 7:00 p.m and the round-robin games will begin at 7:30. Boys, girls, and Co-Ed teams are welcome. 5 to 7 players are allowed on a team.
- February is Spirit month at Schoo Middle School!
- Friday, February 19th, Hawaiian Day – Please note the school dress code will be enforced.
- Friday, February 26th, Team Color – the greatest percentage of participants per team will win a popcorn party!
- Student Council is hosting 1 more grade-level dance. The date and time is as follows:
- Thursday, February 18, 2010 from 3:00-4:10 – 7th Grade
Proceeds will be donated to the Red Cross for relief efforts in Haiti.
