Lux uses BIST as our school wide behavioral management system. We begin the year teaching the students school wide expectations and continue to review the skills throughout the year.
Your child will learn the Three Goals for Life:
1. I can follow directions even if I don’t want to
2. I can take good care of myself even if I have an overwhelming emotion
3. I can be OK when others around me are not OK
If it doesn’t work in the work place it won’t work at Lux.
