Scholarships

There are a variety of resources available to seniors as they navigate applying for scholarships.

Scholarships are posted on your senior’s Google Classroom. The best resource we have for scholarships is the Senior Weekly Newsletter – which organizes all of the scholarships on Google Classroom by date and eligibility criteria.

Information about scholarships will also be available through EducationQuest Foundation’s scholarship search entitled ScholarshipQuest. We urge seniors to fill out their profile on ScholarshipQuest and then update and check ScholarshipQuest periodically during their senior year.

LPS students may also access the district’s scholarship website here.

We encourage seniors to check with the financial aid office of the college they plan to attend for additional scholarships they may be eligible for. Seniors should ask parents to check with employers, local service organizations, religious groups, or veterans groups to which they may belong about availability of scholarships. Various branches of the military provide ROTC Scholarships (Army, Navy, Air Force) at many colleges and universities and the military academies provide aid programs for those who receive an appointment.

Below are some notable scholarship opportunities that are available annually.
