Greek/Latin Roots Vocabulary Unit:  Check out the powerpoint.  The students will study and memorize 33 Greek and Latin roots over the next month.  Today we looked at #s 6, 7, and 8.

Next, students worked on a scavenger hunt that reviewed our plot and conflict concepts from yesterday’s notes as well as reiterated some of our literary devices from the first unit.
