1.  PLCs update hall bulletin board with goals/month.

Update PLC Action Plans on Tues. PLC day (post-)

Feb. goals in action plans by Fri. 31st (pre-)

  • How are we doing on pre and a post if we are looking at info at the end of the quarter? – K made a pre and post since it didn’t line up – 1 grade broke it down into smaller pieces
  • What’s your pre test, what’s your post test?
  • Update goals

 

2.  Focus and prep for Feb. 4th Staff Meeting 4 P.M.

  • Staff meeting Feb 4th is a 4 pm – looking at grade level teams each grade levels at action plans with their own team – taking notes – writing down questions that you would like to ask – then break apart into separate groups
  • Interpretation of info?  rationale from other teams – then going back into our plans
  • What are you using for pre assessment?
  • Review the steps of the data team (posters)
  • Dr. B will make copies to make notes

 

3. Demographic group comparisons

  • Profile from Lefler – special education and differentiated program – over representation and under representation of certain groups?  What are the representations of groups at Randolph?

4.  Other:

  • Assessment study 2014 – moving from ITBS to ????  – Active next year- possible testing calendar in early May – possibly not have an abilities test (CogAt) if something else is chosen – Aspire, MAP or ITBS – may change grade levels if choosing a new test.
