Dr. B. met with Dr. Scott Monday after school for feedback on our documents which include:
School profile (completed)
One page summary (need celebrations! See attached and send back ideas by this Friday!)
Building Action Plan for 2013-14 (completed)
Two team action plans from each school year 2008-09 through 2013-14 (Dr. B. will select samples)

October 16 is date the speaking points and the data statements will be turned in to Dr. B.
Suggestions:
Ask district media to make a video of a day around Randolph, featuring learners.
Ask district media to take a schoolwide photo of all students. (Wednesday at Walk to School Assembly?)
Dr. B. will talk with Doug Dickeson about both ideas.
Sequence of presentation on Nov. 4th:
External visitation guests here for SIP meeting in media center.
SIP members will present the following and respond to questions:
Puzzle pieces general idea, lead with main points
Powerpoint
Puzzle pieces with small bullet points to summarize
Guests will visit classrooms from 9-12;
Talk with teams who have plan times in a.m.
Have lunch at Randolph;
Visit classrooms 1-2:00.
