POUND PALS, we need your help.  The two days for Open House for the 5 graders coming to Pound next year are Thursday, March 3rd and Monday, March 7th.  We need helpers on both evenings from 6:00-7:00 PM.  If you are available and can help at the registration,  please sign up in the counseling area.  It is on a first come, first serve basis until today.  So, sign up now, don’t forget.  Be a Pal!!

Did you ever want to learn the secrets of solving the Rubik’s Cube?  That is, without removing the stickers?  Do you already know how and want to help other people learn to Rubik?  Then come to Room 211 on Wednesday, March 2nd from 3:10 – 4:00.  Please arrange for rides ahead of time.  Mr. Furse.

ARCHERY:  7th and 8th grades TODAY

    7th GRADE

Seventh graders are NOT to bring books, etc. to the cafeteria when you come for lunch unless you are reporting to the blue table for making up work for a teacher.  Otherwise, all 7th graders are to take their books to their lockers before coming to lunch.  NO exceptions without special permission from an administrator.

What’s your choice?  Bottled water or tap water?  Well, during lunch TODAY, you can test your taste buds to see if you can tell the difference.  Tables will be set up in the commons for taste testing.  Check it out and vote for your favorite tasting water.

    8TH GRADE

Students who bring their books to the cafeteria at lunch must put them on a shelf ONLY.  Do NOT put your books on the floor.  Also, you MUST take your books with you to period six and NOT leave them in the cafeteria.  The shelves will be cleared every day and anything left will be held hostage in Dr. Deibler’s office.  You will have to come to him to get yours back, and it won’t be easy.

No snacks for 8th graders AGAIN TODAY due to many messes on the tables and also food on the floor instead of in the garbage cans.  You can do better!
