Announcements for Parents:
High School choice forms are due by Jan. 31st. If you are an 8th grader wanting to go to a high school outside of your home school you must fill out one of these forms. See the counseling office if you need one.
The new Mickle Messanger is now online for your viewing. If you need a paper copy you may get one in the main office.
The next Mickle PTSO meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 25th at 6:30 p.m. in the Mickle Media Center. (Not January 18th like originally scheduled.) All Mickle families are automatically members of PTSO and are invited/encouraged to attend. PTSO is looking for 3-4 Mickle 8th grade parents interested in planning the end-of-the-year 8th Grade party. If interested, please email Amy Cink at amycink@live.com or call her at 817-0818. Any student is welcome to participate in the Speech, Debate, Creative Drama Intramural program. This Saturday- January 22nd, is the 1st session. You may still register at that time! See Ms. Keister Room 214, your counselor or English teacher for details.
Attention ALL caucus members! ALL caucus’s are invited to a special event in the media center today after school, to honor African American History month–please bring friends too!
3 on 3 Basketball Tournament for grades 6th -8th grade sponsored by Teen Treks at the Belmont Recreation Center, Friday, January 21, 2011. Doors open at 7:00pm with games played 7:30-9:30pm. School id or grade card are required for Admission. Gym shoes are required.
