Email is something that many of us spend a LOT of time in and some of us have spent quite a bit of time tweaking it to work our way. Zimbra is great for this crowd as it has many settings that allow it to be configured in a way that should work for you. Here are a few of the many settings available:
- Conversation view: see an original email message and all replies to it grouped together in a single thread
- Message view: see messages sorted by whatever criteria you select
- Reading pane at the bottom: See a preview of your selected message below your message list
- Reading pane at the right: See your selected message
- No reading pane: Just view a list of your messages and double click to read
