Hey Everybody! Less than a week until vote. I’m including a few new notes here along with all of the text from the original message as a refresher.
1) I see that about half of you have tried the system. I would really really really encourage you to test the ballot and check to see if the voting is working for you.
2) The problem that was indicated last time about the results not displaying correctly was corrected within a few hours of the message going out. Everything appears to be working great – so please try it out and let us know if it is not.
3) Chris Dlouhy, who has done the fine work on this system, was able to get Focus Programs broken out in the results. This should be great news for those programs that wish to vote and see how their students voted. (You can find these under “High Schools”)
4) The online vote will only be available on Tuesday. If you choose to collect votes on another day, you will need to use another method and then send me your results.
I think that’s it. Did I mention that’d it be cool if you tested it and made sure that it worked? 🙂
