Mission Statement
As SHOS leaders, by building a relationship with freshmen, it is our mission to impact their lives in a positive way. We will provide a fun, energetic, and open environment where all students feel comfortable and safe. It is our goal for students to learn how high school functions as well as valuable life lessons that leaders are able to pass on. As SHOS leaders it is also our duty to be role models and to lead moral lives that we teach the freshman to have. We will go out of our way to help the freshman with anything from homework to relationship problems. To be the most effective SHOS leaders that we can be, we will strive to build friendships with them that go beyond the walls of LSW that last will for years to come.
