7th and 8th graders have the opportunity to participate in the following Fall Sports: Volleyball, Soccer, and Cross Country. Intramural practices are after school every day, except Tuesdays, until 4:30. Please check the Intramural section of the Irving Website for further updates, including game and meet schedules.
7th Grade Volleyball Tryouts are today (8/24) and Thursday (8/27). 8th Grade tryouts are Friday (8/28) and Monday August 31st.
Any 7th or 8th grade students interested in soccer need to come to the first practice on Monday August 31st after school Please meet in the gym.”
There is a meeting for any 7th or 8th graders interested in Cross Country this Friday in Ms. Hoffmann’s room, room 118 after school.
Students, please remember to go directly to the Rec Center after school if you are going to the rec center. They will not let you in after 3:10. If you are with a teacher after school, have that teacher write you a pass to the rec center. The office will NOT write you a pass for the rec center if you are late.
All 6th, 7th, and 8th grade morning choir forms are due by Thursday, August 27th. If you still need a form to sign up, please pick one up in the office or in the vocal music room. All choirs will begin next week. Please see Mr. Robb or Mrs. Hunt if you have any questions.
Friday is picture day. Your 7th period teacher will be distributing picture information to you in class today.
