Spanish 2

1. warm-up reviewing ser and estar.

2. Collected “maleta” after students placed a star by the 2 best sentences and read them to their speaking partner. Vocab activity.

3. Notes – Direct Object Pronouns – p. 41 in Text. Act. 6 and 7 p. 42 to practice.

Homework – Worksheet.

Spanish 1

1. warm-up with current vocab. Credit given for those who completed the vocab assignment.

2. Practice vocab and talked about meaning.

3. Notes- Definite and Indefinite articles, gender and number. p. 61 in Text. Students copied the box with examples. Practice with p. 62 Activities 5 and 7.

Homework – worksheet, both sides.

 

September 23, 2011 Friday

Spanish 2

Students completed Maleta assignments. These will be worked with on Monday and collected. Make sure you have all 15 sentences written, that you describe what you are taking and why.

 

Spanish 1

Checked off those who had completed the vocab assignment. Students completed and in class mini-project. They wrote 2 paragraphs- introduced themselves, where they are from 3 things that they like or don’t like to do. Decribed themselves (using soy= I am, tengo = I have -for hair color except for pelirojo) using 10 new vocab and underlining the words used in the sentences. Students also were to draw themselves.These mini-projects were collected for a grade.
