STATE MEET
ITINERARY
Saturday 5-16-08
– 11:45 – 12:29Pm load van at Coach Johnson’s house
– 12:30 Leave for Burke
– 1:30 Arrive at Burke, unload & set up.
– 2:30 Start Warm-ups
– 3:30 Starting time for the Class “A” State Championship in the girls pole vault
Pole vault for the Girls will be on the NORTH side.
Things to remember
– Eat a good dinner, get to bed around 10:00 or a bit earlier.
– Light breakfast not to much
– Bring drinks and good healthy snacks as you will be jumping up until 11:00am/12:00am
– Money for food or your own lunch, souvenirs
– Uniform
– Your best friend is your all weather gear / sweats / gloves / hat
– Spikes 1/8″ – 1/4″ (check and change your shoe strings and spikes the night before if needed)
– If the weather is bad we will jump at Boys Town
– To be in the infield you must have your number on
(We will get the numbers and passes when we get there Friday morning/afternoon or you maybe able to get them at school earlier in the week)
– Athletes need your pass to get in on Fri. / Sat. if you want to attend

680 to Dodge, Dodge to 120th left go to first light Burke Boulevard take right
680 to Pacific, Pacific to 120th right , Burke Boulevard take left

– 5:45 – 5:59am load van at Coach Johnson’s house
– 6:00 Leave for Burke
– 7:15 Arrive at BURKE
– 7:30 Unload van & set up
– 8:00 Start Warm-ups
– 9:00 Starting time for the Class “A” State Championship for the Boys pole vault.
Boys will be at the East side
