Welcome to the art room at Lakeview Elementary!  I am learning how to put together a website for our art room and expect it will continue grow as I learn new skills.  It is my intention to create a website that is rich in images.  I believe that every student has something important to say and exhibit everyone’s work on the walls around the building at Lakeview Elementary for all to appreciate.  (Please come in person and see the original works exhibited on the walls.)  I wanted to create an online place where students could show the people in their life the beautiful work they are doing in class including not only the finished result but the creative process as well.  I will include images of students at work, preliminary, creative exercises as well as samples of finished projects.

The home page will have a roll of most recent posts.  If you would like to search by a particular grade level, please click on the class links to the right side of the page and you can limit posts only to the category that you choose.

This site is very much a work in progress so please feel free to give me feedback as I strive to serve my students and their families with the best window into the art room that I can create.
