I grew up in LaVista, NE and lived there most of my life.  I graduated from Papillion-LaVista High School in 2004.  My parents and most of my other family and high school friends still live in La Vista.

I then went to Wayne State College where I met my husband, Austin.  We have been married since 2010.  In 2011, my husband and I moved to Lincoln and bought our first house. My favorite thing about becoming a homeowner was being able to decorate and landscape!

In July 2013 we had our first son, William.  We just celebrated his first birthday!  That first year went so fast.  Being a mother has been the most rewarding and exhausting experience!  He is so ornery!!  He loves to read, play in anything he’s not supposed to, and make big messes.  He eats anything you put in front of him, expect frozen green beans.

We are currently expecting our second child!  We recently found out that baby number 2 will be a girl.  She is due in December, right before winter break.  I promise I will be back as soon as I can! 🙂
