1) I marked credit for the homework assignment – the 3.1 vocabulary practice worksheet.

2) We learned how to use the verb “quedar” (to fit.) It’s used like the verb “gustar,” so you have two forms (queda, quedan) and 5 pronouns (me, te, le, nos, les). Examples: Las botas no me quedan bien. The boots don’t fit me well. El suéter te queda mal. The sweater fits you poorly.

3) We had a conversation with a partner about clothing – colors we like, what we wear to different events, what’s stylish now, etc.
4) La tarea – Study 3.1 and clothing vocabulary. Our 3.1 QUIZ will be Thursday, January 14th!!

4) Leímos la información en el libro sobre Juan Luis Guerra, p. 224, y luego escuchamos su canción más famosa: Ojalá que llueva café. Al final hablamos sobre Juan Luis y sobre su canción.
**Toma una copia de la canción.**
5) No hay tarea oficial, pero te recomiendo que estudies porque nuestro Examen sobre la Unidad 4.1. será el viernes próximo, 15 de enero.
