Spanish 2
1) Students handed in their homework assignment – the paragraph they wrote about the partner they interviewed in class on Monday.
**Put your paragraph in the “Tarea aquí” box.**
2) We reviewed clothing vocabulary in Period 1 and Period 4.
**Take a copy of the green vocabulary sheet from the left, front folder. Ask to see the master list for the clothing vocabulary words that you don’t know. We’ll go over the list on Wednesday for Periods 5 and 7.**
3) Students checked out their Spanish 2 books, with the exception of Period 4. Period 4 students will get their books on Wednesday.

4) We started Unit 3.1 – ¿Cómo me queda? How does it fit?. See pp. 144-145 for the introduction to 3.1 vocabulary.
5) La tarea – Write the English definitions of 3.1 vocabulary on the other side of the green vocabulary sheet. Then choose 10-12 words on which to focus and study them!
Español 3-4 Combinado
1) Los estudiantes entregaron los párrafos sobre quién es el más inspirador de todos en el video sobre la orquesta Sonidos de la Tierra.
**Pon tu párrafo en la caja de “Tarea aquí”.**
2) Encontramos los compañeros para “El Caribe”.
**Toma tu lista que está en las carpetas a la derecha.**
3) Repasamos el uso de ser y estar y practicamos el vocabulario de la Unidad 4.1.
**Toma una copia de la media hoja sobre ser/estar.**
4) Repasamos el subjuntivo: formas y el uso con las expresiones impersonales.
5) Aprendimos a usar el subjuntivo con los verbos “querer, desear, esperar” y la expresión “Ojalá”. Mira la página 217 de tu libro. Esta categoria es la “W” en la lista de “After UWEIRDO”: wishes, wants.
6) La tarea – una hoja de práctica con el vocabulario de 4.1.
