Spanish 2 – PERIODS 2 AND 4

1) We continued to work on the preterite and the imperfect: setting the scene, identifying when to use the preterite, when to use the imperfect, practicing with a worksheet, and writing up the introduction to “La Bella y la Bestia” (Beauty and the Beast).

**Take a copy of the worksheet from the left folders. There are 3 stories. We will do the first one in class on Monday, but I encourage you to write your answers for the next 2 stories and then ask for the answer key. The more you practice, the easier it will be to write your original story.**

2) We watched a video on Mariachi music.

**Take a copy of the 1/2-sheet and write the answers as we go over them in class.**

1) Tomamos el examen sobre la Unidad 6, Lección 1.

**Tómalo lo más pronto posible.**

2) Leímos sobre la música de Andalucía – el flamenco clásico y moderno. Mira la página 344 del libro. También escuchamos ejemplos de estos 2 tipos de música.

3) Los estudiantes recibieron una copia del vocabulario de 6.2.

**Toma una copia.**

4) Cantamos con David Bisbal.
