1) I marked credit for the homework assignment – 5 sentences about the ancient ruins of México video along with 4.2 vocabulary.
**Put your paragraph in the “Tarea aquí” box. IF you haven’t watched the video, I recommend that you make plans to watch it, and answer the questions on the 1/2-sheet. Copies are in the left folders. Your 5 sentences are for the last question on the 1/2-sheet.**
2) We reviewed 4.2 vocabulary.
3) We reviewed the forms of regular verbs in the preterite tense, and learned how the verbs “leer” and “construir” change
“i to y” in two forms: él/ella/Ud. and ellos/Uds.). I recommend that you copy the forms from p. 226 onto your blue vocabulary sheet (bottom left).
4) We also reviewed how -car, -gar, -zar verbs change ONLY in the “yo” form. (-car: c–>qu, -gar: g–>gu, -zar–>c). See p. 228 for more explanation.
