Spanish 2
1) We studied 1.1 vocabulary – the entire sheet.
2) We asked and answered the questions in Act. 3, p. 38. Be sure you know how to answer the questions.
3) We saw the starting video that introduces the premise for all of the Spanish 2 telehistorias. Be sure to listen when we review the information in class.
4) We worked on our “maletas.”
5) La tarea: These maletas are due Thursday. Remember: you need at least 10 items in your checked suitcase and at least 5 in your carry-on suitcase. (The items in your checked suitcase need to be colored.) You need to write a sentence in Spanish for each item, saying what the item is and why you need it on your trip. Example: Voy a llevar mi pasaporte porque necesito uno cuando visito otros países. (I’m going to bring my passport because I need one when I visit other countries.)

1) Repasamos el vocabulario de 1.2.
2) Vimos a Barney y tratamos de cantar con él, pero ¡fue muy difícil!
3) Hicimos una actividad para practicar el imperfecto – ¡Detectives!
4) Conocimos a Sandra Zapata, una joven de México. Ella nos presentó a su familia y nos habló de la última vez que fue de vacaciones con su familia.
