8th grade Health classes will be viewing the Signs of Suicide (SOS) video and learning how to ACT. If you or someone who know suffers from depression and has thoughts of self-harm:
- ACKNOWLEDGE there is a problem
- Let the person know you CARE
- TELL a trusted adult
