College tours are a great way to learn more about a college no matter what point in the application process students are in. A college visit can give students a first-hand experience that will ultimately help them narrow down their choices and find the perfect school for them. Eugene McDermott Scholars Program

Students applying to The Eugene McDermott Scholars Program at The University of Texas at Dallas are reminded that applications, recommendations, and transcripts can be submitted to the McDermott Scholars Program through Thursday, Dec. 12, 2019. Only complete applications with three recommendations and a submitted academic transcript will be considered. Susan Thompson Buffett Scholarship Workshop

The Susan Thompson Buffet Workshop will be held n Wednesday, December 11th @ 3:15p, A118 Forum.

Interested students should sign up online (check the Class of 2020 Google Classroom) or in the Counseling Center by December 10th, and are encouraged to bring their parents’ 2018 tax information (paper forms or photos of the first two pages) to determine eligibility. Applications are due February 1st, so get some tips from the pros! If you have questions, contact Mr. Peterson in the Counseling Center.
