Eligibility
This scholarship is open to anyone who is planning to enroll or is currently enrolled in an automotive technology program at an accredited trade school, community college, college or university. First consideration will be given toward an applicant who may have ties to an organized car club that is a member of the ENWICC. Consideration may also be given to an individual who is pursuing the second year of the program and has already been awarded a scholarship for the first year. All High School Graduates are eligible. Distribution of Forms All High Schools from the area in which a Car Council Club resides are to receive application forms.Any interested individual can request the form from the Scholarship Committee of ENWICC. Submission of Application Applications are to be postmarked no later than April 15th, 2016. Applications should be mailed to: The ENWICC Scholarship Committee will review and select the winners.
