Lincoln Community Foundation Scholarships

Seniors: If you haven’t registered for ScholarshipQuest, you are missing out on great scholarships such as the ones listed below, which are offered by the Lincoln Community Foundation.

  • Jane T. Anderson Scholarship  for students planning to major in art, art history or museumology
  • George & Lynna Gene Cook Scholarship for students with 3.0+ GPA, majoring in ministry or education, preference to members of First Church of God congregation
  • Miriam Croft Moeller Citizenship Award for full –time students attending 2-4 yr college with an interest in citizenship
  • Arnold H. White Memorial Scholarship students with financial need, with a preference to 1st generation college students as a tie-breaker, 2-4 yr college
  • Harley J. Bair Rotary Scholarship (new this year!) for students displaying academic achievement, not related to a Rotarian, financial need used as tie-breaker
  • Brenda Brown DeSatnick Memorial Scholarship for women grads of Lincoln/Lancaster Co or Nebraska high school. Preference to women over age 25 with financial need and interest in becoming self-supporting & independent
  • Jennings B. & Beulah G. Haggerty Scholarship for students in the top 1/3 of class planning to attend NE college, preference to financial need
  • Colleen Farrell Gerleman Scholarship  for students attending college in Nebraska and having financial need
  • Haymarket Gallery Emerging Artists Scholarship for students who are a  resident of Lancaster Co majoring in art
  • Phil Heckman Scholarship for students planning to attend Doane College, financial need
