EducationQuest Fall events that will help students and parents prepare for college

EducationQuest Foundation is a nonprofit organization with a mission to improve access to higher education in Nebraska.EducationQuest provides free college planning services, need-based scholarship programs, college access grants for high schools, college access resources for middle schools, and outreach services for community agencies.

EducationQuest will host a number virtual events this fall for juniors and seniors in English and Spanish. Each event will be held on multiple dates and times to accommodate families’ schedules. Pre-registration is required.

Cecilia Hernandez from EducationQuest is setting up appointments at North Star to talk about College Planning, Scholarships, and Financial aid. Appointments are on Tuesdays, beginning October 19th.

In preparation to our appointment each student AND parent must have username(s) and password(s) (Instructions herecreated before the appointment. Please review the 2021-2022 FAFSA Checklist  for the items you will need for your appointment.

 

MyEducationQuest is a portal on EducationQuest’s website that will makes it easy for students to access ScholarshipQuest and Activities Resume.  This free database contains over 2,000 Nebraska-based scholarships. This site is a secure site and your personal information will be kept confidential.

  • You will need a personal email address to log in to MyEducationQuest
  • If you don’t have one, check out free services such as GmailYahoo and Hotmail.
