About Me

Thank you for taking the time to read a little bit about me.  This will be my 11th year teaching at East.  I  graduated from the University of Nebraska in May of 2009 and got my masters degree in applied sciences in May of 2013.  I was a student teacher at Pound middle school and I taught 7th grade.  I enjoy science and I hope that I can bring my joy to each and every student I encounter.

Over the past few summers I was able to help teach a college geology course where we traveled through Nebraska, Wyoming, and South Dakota.  Here are a few pictures from my experience.
