Kindergarten doors (door 13) for arrival and dismissal. - What supplies does my student need for school? The Kindergarteners are not required to bring any supplies to school. West Lincoln will provide everything that they need! However, if you would like to, you are welcome to buy a personal homework folder for your student to use. We are also more than happy to use any and all donations of items such as Kleenex, erasers, glue sticks, hand sanitizer, etc…
- What should my Kindergarten be able to do before starting the year?
- We encourage you to spend time this summer teaching self-help skills. We would like to see all students put on and take off their shoes all by themselves, zip and button their clothing, jackets, and coats, as well as practice healthy habits such as blowing their nose and washing hands.
- Other academic skills to work on are: Writing first name, capital and lowercase letters, numbers 1-10, recognizing colors and shapes!
