The student advisory board at the Irving Rec Center helps different community organizations like the

Capital Humane Society and other places in Lincoln. The Irving Student Advisory Board are asking for the help of Irving students to donate to the Capitol Humane Society. We have already collected some money and are

now looking to donate pet items. If you want to donate, please bring the items to the rec center. Here are some of the items they need: Cleaning sponges, old newspaper, treats and toys for cats and dogs, and shoe boxes. Good luck and thanks for the help.

Hello Irving Students. The student advisory board at Irving Rec center would like to remind you to bring items

for the animal shelter! It is a charity project to benefit the Capital Humane Society, so please donate if you can.

They need collars, leashes, toys and treats for both cats and dogs the most, but you can go to the Capitol Humane Society’s website or visit the Irving Rec Center for more examples and a full list of what you can donate. Thanks for the help.

Even during a short week, students earned over 500 Likes for being safe, responsible and respectful. This week the skill of the week is to be sure that you are responsible with the trash on your tray in breakfast and at lunch. When you responsibly empty your tray you are helping to take care of your school.
