2. La Sra. le dio a la clase un cuento del Día de los muertos y las instrucciones para leer y hacer un resumen del cuento. No habrá tiempo en clase para hacer esta actividad. Tendrás que entregársela a la Sra. el viernes al principio de la clase.

3. Aprendimos algo nuevo: Participios pasados como adjetivos en la página 337. Debes leer esta información también. Luego, la clase trabajó en una hoja rosada de trabajo. La Sra. tiene la tuya.
4. Cantamos una canción, Participios pasados para aprender los participios pasados irregulares. La cantaremos mañana en clase otra vez.

2. We completed the rest of the 1.2 vocabulary list. Be sure you complete yours and check it with a partner’s list to see if you have all of the information.
3. We checked the hw. Check yours with the answer key in the folder on the back table.
4. We completed a reading activity from the text and answered questions on a half sheet (Sra. has your copy.). The answer key is in the folder on the table as well.

3. Complete the “mind map” at the bottom of the 1/2 WS from class today to organize your thoughts. Then on the back side of this paper, write about your imaginary vacation that you recently took. Remember: You only know the preterite of -AR verbs and the irregular verbs of ser/ir…hacer…ver…dar…so you will have to write about your trip with this in mind. Use the 3 narratives in the book from class today to “jump start” you. According to the instructions, you MUST write at least 10 sentences and because you are describing something that you did, the verbs are going to be in the PRETERITE tense! This will be collected tomorrow.
