Opportunities are provided for students to develop skills, knowledge and strategies of lifetime sports. Participation in these activities can help students maintain or improve physical fitness. Activities may include: adventure/challenge activities, archery, badminton, bicycling, billiards/pool, bocce, bowling, darts, disc golf, fencing, flyfishing, geocaching, golf, handball, hiking, horseshoes, orienteering, pickleball, racquetball, roller skating/rollerblading, shuffleboard, table tennis, tennis. Freshmen must take Fitness for Life as a prerequisite to this course.
