Wednesday – Chapter 5.2 read aloud; Fitnessgram sheets (make 1 short term/long term fitness goal)

Thursday – Soccer

Friday – Weight Room

  • Boys – start on Bench (3×5) switch when done
  • Girls – start on Squat (3×5) switch when done
  • supplemental lifts on Cybex machines when finished
